About Whichdelivered Tree Service and How Referrals Work
Request an estimate
Who We Are
Whichdelivered Tree Service is a referral service for tree removal in The Village of Indian Hill and the The Village of Indian Hill area. We are not a tree company. We do not own saws, trucks or chippers, and we do not send anyone to work on your property.
Why This Page Exists
You should know who you are dealing with before you share an address. So here is the process, in order.
1. You send a request or make a call. 2. We note the basics of the job. 3. We pass those facts to an independent provider. 4. The provider contacts you, looks at the tree and writes the quote. 5. You decide whether to hire that provider.
Referral, not repair. That line sums it up.
How Providers Are Matched
First, we look at where you are. Next, we look at the job: a single removal, stump grinding, or storm damage that needs fast attention. Then we pass your request to a provider in our network who covers your area and does that kind of work. Availability differs from one provider to the next, so we do not promise who can come or when.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Hold any licenses or permits that local rules require
- Carry insurance and share proof if you ask
- Give a written quote first, with the scope spelled out
- Explain cleanup, stump work and haul-away before the job starts
- Treat your property and your questions with respect
What We Do Not Do
- We do not cut, climb, rig or haul.
- We do not set prices. The provider writes the quote.
- We do not pressure you to accept an estimate.
- We do not file or decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
Where You Can Help, and Where You Cannot
You can safely move vehicles, clear small items from the work zone, keep pets inside and take photos from a distance. Leave the rest to the provider. Climbing, cutting near power lines and dropping large limbs need proper equipment and skills.
How We Are Paid
You pay the provider you hire for the work. You do not pay Whichdelivered Tree Service to send a request. Providers in the network may pay for the requests and calls we send them. That is how this service is funded, and it is why we explain it here.
