Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use whichdelivered.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral, Not Repair

Whichdelivered Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen trees, grind stumps or trim branches. An independent provider does any work on your property, not Whichdelivered Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, price or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Providers handle their own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

General Information

The content here is general. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial adviser. Each tree and each property is different. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Prices shown on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices depend on the job, location, tree size, access and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Safety First

Tree jobs and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and weakened structures. Do not take risks. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Whichdelivered Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and up to date. We do not warrant that it is complete or has no errors.
